The Institute of Arbitrators and Mediators Australia (IAMA) is the nation's largest, most experienced alternative dispute resolution organisation. IAMA is running a 6 day Practitioners Certificate in Mediation Course in Melbourne on the 11-14 & 18-19 November. The course is designed to equip busy professionals across a wide range of disciplines with practice-oriented qualifications in mediation. The 6 day interactive course combines theory and practice with one on one coaching by experienced mediators. Upon successful completion of the course and membership of the Institute, participants are eligible for accreditation as a Mediator with the Institute.
